CAPTAIN EMO:

Jordan Munn is a published artist and model. She has been seen working the runway in fantasy avant-garde and cosplay. Though her first loves were writing and drawing comics she has spent the past few years working on costumes and props. Her background lends itself perfectly for the Captain Emo character model, and she is honored and delighted to have contributed to the Slipstream Portal project.
Her modeling portfolio can be found on JordanMunn.com and her artwork is hosted on JordanMunnArt.com.

COLONEL HOGHEAD:
Facial likeness of Curt Vasser...co-owner of Specialty Doors & Automation, Long Beach CA. Successful master craftsman of many industrial skills with razor sharp business acumen and all around great guy. Thanks for being a sport and joining the fun!!!

MR. FLOYD:
Facial likeness James Fraelich, seasoned commercial door technician at Specialty Doors & Automation, Long Beach CA. A likeable witty fellow with a permanently etched smile, a spirited gentleman built out of rebar and angle iron. Thanks for being a sport and joining the fun!!!

YNEZ ANGELICA:
Facial likeness of Stephanie Barba. (middle daughter of author) UC Berkeley grad (2003), black belt Kenpo Karate, globe trotting free spirit…soon to continue her practice of yoga under mentorship of the Yogi master in India (I wouldn’t be surprised if he is really Lama Rana).

MAJOR BAD:
Facial likeness of Tom Barba, (nephew of author) artist and creator of all the characters, a combination of sketches and computer imaging, graduate of University of Fullerton State.

DON PABLO:
Russ Serrano, 1969 grad of El Rancho High School…unlike Don Pablo he is easy going, affable and forever smiling. Nonetheless I thought him an excellent resemblance to my character. He lives in Carlsbad, CA with his wife Mary.

PROFESSOR DOS ZETAS and DR. PANDA HEAD:
     Posed as themselves…thanks guys!!

A huge shout out and thank you to Andrew Apodaca, senior at Mt. Carmel High School San Diego. Built the website following my direction and design. Also a master photo-shop artist, creator of the ROAD SCHOLAR Secret Order illustration, The Rose & The Cross, along with many more projects I tossed at him! So proud of you grandson!!! You made it happen!! And you earned every cent of your commission.

And to my character artist, thanks much Tom Barba, for your patience accommodating my annoying and exacting requests. You brought my characters to life!!
